What we collect

• Email list. Your email address and, if you choose, your line of work.
• Messages. What you send us, including any screenshots.
• Orders. Etsy shares order details with us, such as your name, Etsy username and the item you bought.
• Site logs. Our website host may record basic technical data, like IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.

What we never see

The numbers in your copy of the template, your bank logins, or your card details. Etsy handles payment.

How we use it

To deliver and support your purchase, send the emails you asked for, answer your messages, improve our products, and meet legal duties.

Email

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We send through Kit (kit.com), which stores your address for us.

Who we share with

Service providers that help us run the business, like email and website hosting; Etsy, for orders; and authorities, when the law requires it. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you to other sites.

How long we keep it

List data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Support messages for as long as we need them to help you and keep business records.

Children

Our products are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can access information. No system is perfectly secure.
