What to include
- Say which version you use: Google Sheets or Excel
- Tell us what you expected to see and what you saw
- Send a screenshot with your numbers covered. That’s all we need.
Quick fixes
Can’t type in a cell?
Only the cream cells take input. Gray cells calculate, so they’re locked. In Google Sheets, work in your own copy: the copy link in your PDF makes one.
Can’t find your download?
Open your Etsy purchases in a web browser, not the Etsy app, and download the files there.
Paycheck looks off?
Check Settings: your first month, your last 12 months of take-home, and your tax set-aside if any of your pay arrives with no tax withheld.
Using your phone?
Log checks and spending in the Google Sheets or Excel app. Do the first setup on a computer.
Split won’t add up?
The Vault, Growth and Reward shares must total 100%. Settings tells you when they do.
New to commission?
Enter the months you have. Your paycheck averages them and updates as new pay comes in.
